Quizzoomers began during lockdown, and we still enjoy quizzing from our own sofas, sipping a glass or two of wine. It's reassuring to know we don't have to drive home, especially on those dark, cold winter nights. Members take turns setting quizzes, but there's no obligation. The quizzes are in PowerPoint, and we provide advice and assistance when needed.
Sessions occur on the second and fourth Friday of each month, opening at 6 pm. The quiz starts at 6.30 pm, allowing time to catch up with friends and make new ones. We collaborate in teams using breakout rooms. You can find examples of the quiz in our magazine, The Buzz.
