Then why not join the “Photography: Know Your Camera Group” ?  It doesn’t matter whether you have a fancy digital camera or a mobile phone, the group is here to help.

We meet bi-weekly on Thursday mornings 10:30am to 12:30pm.  When the weather permits we alternate our meetings between indoors at Staincross Fellowship Church, Mappelwell and outdoor photo shoots.  At Staincross we look at how we can get the best from our cameras, looking at any issues, problems or advice and support our members need.  Don’t be afraid to join us, this is NOT an in depth technical course but a user friendly mutual support group.  For our outdoor photo shoots we like to visit local areas of interest, decided on at our meetings, and take a range of pictures using our newly learnt skills along with the support of the group.  We then share our pictures at a later indoor session and the group give constructive advice and support on how we can improve our technique if needed.
